This is my third purchase from this seller. I had been using the same medium heating pad since I bought it in 2015. That thing had literally travelled the world with me. I used it every day, multiple times a day. My husband jokes that he is going to have to bury me with it. Sadly, my old one finally bit the dust. I was so happy to see the seller is not only still active but selling the same great quality product as they did back in 2015. The new product arrived before its scheduled ETA and it’s the same great quality as the previous. As someone with chronic pain, I cannot recommend this product enough! -- Amber
